Movement Practices to Support Balance and Resilience
Tai Chi Based Movement – Participants learn to slow down and move with intention, discovering how small adjustments in posture and breath can restore stability and calm the nervous system.
Yoga Inspired Alignment and Breath – Sintony is a gentle yoga inspired practice that focuses on alignment, breath, and restoring harmony between body and mind.
Thank you for teaching the Tai Chi class. You have been a very patient teacher and your follow up notes were very helpful. I have enjoyed the classes, and I found that Tai Chi is great for improving balance and strength. I also found, that as I learnt new moves and practiced them, that it was great for focusing and challenging my memory. As well, I realized that it is a very good reminder to practice breathing deeply, which I recently found useful when I had a mild case of pneumonia.
