Description: Change is a constant reality in today’s workplace. New expectations, shifting roles, uncertainty, and competing demands require people to adapt again and again. While organizations often focus on strategy and outcomes, the personal impact of continuous change is rarely discussed.
In this keynote, Rosalyn Fast introduces a practical framework that helps individuals move through change with greater clarity and resilience. Through the principles of adapting, recalibrating, and realigning, participants learn how to respond to change in ways that protect their wellbeing while maintaining forward momentum.
This keynote helps audiences see change not only as something to manage, but as something that can strengthen awareness, decision making, and connection when approached with intention.
Learning Outcomes:

Many professionals carry responsibilities far beyond their job description. Caregiving, emotional labor, constant decision making, and the pressure to keep everything running smoothly often remain unseen. Over time this invisible load quietly affects energy, focus, wellbeing, and long-term performance.
In this keynote, Workplace Well Being and Resilience Strategist Rosalyn Fast explores the concept of invisible load and how it shows up in today’s workplaces. Drawing on nearly three decades of lived caregiving experience and professional insight, she helps audiences recognize hidden strain and understand how resilience can be strengthened in practical ways.
Participants will gain new awareness about the pressures many people are carrying and leave with strategies that support wellbeing, connection, and sustainable performance in complex environments.
Learning Outcomes:
I was first able to hear Rosalyn speak in 2018 when I attended a Therapeutic Recreation conference in Baltimore, Maryland. Her ability to share her story and use her experiences to help educate and motivate the audience was very engaging. She really took the time to learn about the professional background of those in which she was speaking and incorporated interactive aspects to her session to promote greater learning and discussion.
She has since been a presenter at multiple conferences in which I have attended speaking on a variety of topics. She is able to effectively engage both a live and virtual audiences as needed to support the goals and needs of the event.

The Resilience Recalibration Intensive
Strengthening Capacity, Preventing Burnout & Sustaining Performance at Work and in Life
Today’s employees are carrying more than ever before.
Beyond their roles and responsibilities, there is the invisible load, the emotional, cognitive, and mental weight that quietly builds while people try to meet expectations, manage pressure, and navigate life outside of work.
Over time, this constant strain can slowly erode focus, confidence, and the ability to perform at your best.
This interactive half-day intensive helps employees better understand how sustained pressure impacts their capacity and provides practical tools to recalibrate before quiet depletion takes hold.
Participants will learn how to recognize early signs of overload, strengthen their resilience under pressure, and develop healthier ways to navigate demanding environments without sacrificing their well-being.
Rosalyn’s honest sharing of her fears, her frustrations, and her encouragements allowed us a chance to see details of her life. She set these experiences within pointers that turned these experiences into useful clinical ideas. Her story made us more aware of the ongoing and evolving issues that occur after a brain injury, and made us aware of the experience from the perspective of the “caregiver”. Changes occur and persist not just for the person with the injury but also the family close to them.
In presenting, Rosalyn was attentive to the concerns of our department as her audience. She encouraged questions and was reflective in answering them. Her personal perspective, which she mixed with her skills in recreation therapy, created a presentation that was enjoyable and hugely helpful!
