I am a team player and find it so important to CONNECT with others to learn, to laugh, to cry and/or to come together as community.
In community, we can EMPOWER each other through reaching out for help and likewise helping others and providing suggestions when asked.
We can learn to advocate for ourselves and others to better NAVIGATE our life as a caregiver whether it feels like we are on a stormy sea or relaxing on a calm cool body of water.
